This Charter of Commitment for Digitalization and Innovation formalizes the principles, values, and commitments of Procaneq Morocco in its digital transformation and innovation journey.

Recognizing the critical importance of increasing production and productivity, developing our workforce, and retaining our clients to ensure our growth and competitiveness in an ever-evolving environment, we have established a new corporate strategy based on three major pillars:

This transformation includes the digitization of all our maintenance, production, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems, as well as the modernization of our mining equipment fleet through the integration of the latest technologies to improve operational efficiency.

  3. Sustainable Operations, implementing advanced production management and planning systems to improve efficiency, reduce consumption, decarbonize, and optimize operations.
