Critical deviations are continuously monitored, analyzed, and integrated into treatment routines managed by the Methods Office, ensuring a rapid shift from detection to action.

Smart, visual KPIs are automatically generated from field data and shared with teams during performance management reviews at all managerial levels. These indicators cover availability, responsiveness, breakdown rates vs. planned, intervention reports, etc. They help measure gaps, track action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
